JR Senmo Line Kushiro - Shibecha Approx. 1 hour
In winter, the SL Winter Shitsugen operates between Kushiro and Shibecha, with Shibecha being the turnaround station, allowing visitors to see the SL changing direction.

It is 10 minutes by taxi from JR Shibecha Station. Few taxis are in the town, and they are rarely waiting at the station, so we recommend contacting a taxi company in advance. Shibecha Hire Ltd. *Please note that they only speak Japanese.
